Chinese junk
Box from Amazon was undamaged so damage to case was before packaged. Plastic box is probably the cheapest plastic I have ever seen, especially for a toolbox. Kinda like the plastic in disposable food storage containers but then again, maybe worse than that. The handle was almost completed broken off box. That is a minor issue when compared to tool quality. I had drilled a hole almost large enough for the drill bit for a 3/8-16 thread repair. Used the included bit to finish hole to size and it nearly burnt up even using quality cutting fluid cutting standard carbon steel. The tap was as poor as it took quite a while to tap the hole as it required a lot of torque and seemed close to snapping point. I would return but most of what I expect to repair is soft alloy aluminum. Caveat emptor.
