Ease of use on this is fantastic; it took me 30 seconds to set up this tech holder. After running out of storage solutions (aka drawers) to put my devices in to keep them safe, I started looking for something to just hold them, not charge. For the price the base is super sturdy. The rubber on the bottom makes it no-slip. The tabs are movable, which makes it work really well. It fits a MacBook Air 13, an iPad 8, a fire 7 & a recent kindle with space for more. I’m keeping a diary in there as well (not pictured, but same size as my iPad) but I could also keep my switch lite at the front. Sheerness wise I don’t know what they’re asking about but I would say a good value for the money. Thickness wise it has a nice neat footprint when devices aren’t resting in it. The white is kind of like a bone-color, but it could be neon for all I care as long as it gives me a little extra space to organize and not rummage around in the dark for whatever I need. Now on to cable management... The only con is the little movable slats seem resistant to really being in the groove but after a bit of pressure they seem nice and sturdy and hopefully stay that way.

Like many people I have several electronic devices. It provides a convenient central storage location for my devices. It's adjustable for width and has dividers for larger devices.

This is a good little unit. I have a work phone, a phone I use for music only, a regular phone, and a Kindle. They all fit well and are easy to grab. It works just fine.

Update Star reading dropped from 5 to 3: I bought this last fall, and really loved it. The weight base is excellent. The spacing is great. But over the past month every time I pull one of the devices out of it's slot, the plastics insert becomes dislodged far too often. It's especially terrible in the front where I put a portable charger and my phone. I've tried pressing them into the slots hard. They go in, but just don't snap into place that enough. So, I'm struggling to keep the first three slots from collapsing as I pull the devices out of the front of the stand. I'm going to have to spend more money on one of the slotted stands that are screwed into place or molded into place. Really disappointed as I had such high for this product. This product is terrific. It's heavily weighted and easily holds my large Kindle Fire, my smaller E-reader, and four chargeable batteries. It's convenient and allows me to charge my devices without cables tangled all over the place. If you're looking for a compact, solid rack that will hold your chargeable items, this one is awesome. While I'm uncertain as to how well it would manage the weight of a laptop, I believe it's sturdy enough to hold one. I love this as it sits in a small end table, close at hand. Highly recommend.

I am now buying this for the third time, I bought the first one to organize my phones and iPad etc, then a second one to hold the multiple external hard drives for my PLEX server, and now I just bought a third one to organize the external drives attached to my PC. The plastic dividers aren't exactly as sturdy as I would like, but I've been using the other two for over a month and they haven't shown any issues or signed of breaking etc. I love how you can rearrange the tabs to fit whatever you need, for instance an iPad with a thick case on it or a hard drive, or a thinner space for a phone. Definitely worth the money in my opinion! I would say get this over ones that charge your devices as I was going to get one of those but read that they can cause fires!

We love this organizer. After researching countless of electronic organizers, I decided not to buy one with plugs. None of them had the exact configuration of plug types we need. As our gadgets change, so don’t the plug types (plus we travel alot and knowing where the wall plugs are helps). This item came very well packaged and is extremely sturdy. We have AirPods, phone, 2 iPads, Chromebook and MacBook Pro (both in padded cases). all lined up in this. No extra room, but that’s alot of stuff. All the cords run down the side of the desk into a powerstrip that is flexible (so the bulking plugs can all fit). It’s a perfect setup and keeps my son organized! Highly recommend!!

I have been trying to find a way to organize my electronics on my desk. I found this item pretty much by accident, as it never came up in any of the searches I did. This will come up is you look for "charging station" which I didn't want. This item has no power (although the company does make up with power that costs over twice as much). What it has that is priceless is adjustibility that is far better than anything else out there. It has a lot, I mean, A LOT, of grooves where you can insert the dividers and customize for the size of the electronics you have. I included a photo where you can see those slots. You can order extra dividers if you need more than the plenty that come with this item. I first used it to organize the items I do charge: my two smartphones, my hotspot, and my power bank. Because of where I planned to put this, I didn't need the charging station version because behind it I already have a vertical power tower. I just ordered shorter cables so there wouldn't be as much clutter of cabling there. That was the first one I bought. The second one I bought, is on the other side of my desk. It's where I keep my external drives. I bought a USB hub with switches so I can keep all of them plugged in to a hub and just turn on the port I want to use. As far as organizing goes, this is probably one of the better purchases I've made. It sure solved a problem that I wasn't able to solve with anything else I found on Amazon. And it doesn't really take up a lot of space. Good job, Unitek.

First, I was looking for a docking station WITHOUT an integrated charger. My chargers are good and fast, and I suspect most integrated chargers aren’t (or could break, and then the whole thing is useless). Also, I didn’t want fixed dividers—most don’t accommodate thick items. So, basically, I just wanted something for organization and this was definitely appealing. On Day One, here’s my assessment. Pros: 1. I love that it’s adjustable, so the dividers can be arranged to fit large things like a tablet in a folio case or a watch charger; 2. It’s very unobtrusive—no big visual statement means it’s easy to put most anywhere it’s convenient; 3. Pro and con is its size—it’s really nice that it’s not very big, but if you’re planning on a couple oversized items, there’s not a ton of room left. For me, it fit an ipad in a folio case, large phone, watch, and a battery pack OR earbuds (unless I am charging slim versions of the last two). But those are the things I like to keep handy. Cons: 1. the plastic dividers seem like they could scratch my (brand new, unusually attractive, pricey) iphone case; if I keep it, I’d probably glue some fabric on one of the dividers. 2. If you have something like an iPad (especially in a heavy case), you have to balance the weight carefully or it could tip backwards. 3. It’s slippery, so my watch with the normal charger seems like it could fall out and land on my very hard floor. I put it on one end so it could be fastened around a high divider. 4. It would be nice to have more high dividers or a way to buy some. The low ones are not nearly as useful. I might need a sturdier organizational solution, but even if I don’t use this as I intended it might be useful to organize things that I don’t use often, in part because they’re never charged. Not sure.

Stand base has some weight and does not move around unless you push it; iPad doesn't topple over under any circumstances. The pop-in pull-out partitions can be inserted at will and the grooves are spaced about 1/8th of an inch apart so that the organizer caters for all devices, thick or thin. The organizer does not have a plug-in feature. I use it to organize the kitchen countertop clutter and I don't need a plug-in feature. Seller should however come down with the price since the stand doesn't have a plug-in feature.
