We absolutely love this chandelier! It is beautiful in my bedroom!It took us 6 hours from start to finish to get this cleaned and up.The reason I minused one star is because we needed to add some extra support where it holds on to the ceiling to make sure it holds all the weight because it is very heavy.We also had to contact the seller to send some extra crystals but he replied super fast and we received them a couple days later! Great service!

In comparison to other high end crystal fringe chandeliers, this is an amazing deal. The chandelier is gorgeous. I only gave 4 stars for a few reasons...1. While simple, it did take several hours to put together. However, for the price, I am willing to do some work to hang it.2. The brace arm that attaches to the junction box to hold up the chandelier, seems inadequate for the weight of the chandelier. We had a general contractor look at it, and he thought it would be ok. We also just messaged the seller to see if this has been a problem, but have not heard back yet.3. There is some length discrepancy between the crystals. We are trying to decide if we should ask for several more crystals to replace the ones that are too long or short.If you want a chandelier that is absolutely perfect, then spend an extra 3K elsewhere. However, for the money, this is a beautiful fixture.

Wow. Dollar for dollar, this is one of the best purchases we have made while decorating our home. We were considering chandeliers well over $1000 but we decided to take a shot on this much less expensive piece. I'm so glad we did. It arrived ahead of schedule and installation and assembly of the fixture was a breeze. The toughest part was the laborious hanging of all those crystals. They send you one white glove to prevent fingerprints, but to speed things along, you really need two. Other than that, great product, great price, great experience.

This is a thing of beauty and a quality fixture and for the money it's incredible! Shop this style around and you'll see how much they cost. I needed something for an entry way with 18 foot ceilings and this fit the bill. I also bought the smaller version for over the dining room table and I think it makes a great statement. Our home is a contemporary colonial so it's both traditional and has a contemporary flair this really fit the bill. The seller is great to deal with as I needed 10 feet more chain and Zgear is very accommodating. I did have an electrician put it in as I was concerned about the weight which is 64 lbs. So you need to be sure your ceiling will support this fixture if not your electrician can add additional support. It was shipped quickly and in good condition. There were extra crystals included as some may break on shipping so that was great also.Thank you Zgear for this wonderful lighting and great service.

Wanted a crystal chandelier for, well, my whole life. I bought this one and 18 months later, I’m still really happy. It looks very refined.Pluses include uncomplicated installation; ease of drop adjustment and the big one, ease of cleaning. I can’t overstate this - this chandelier is a breeze to clean and the vertical prisms do not collect dust. Consider carefully your willingness to clean dust from a big, intricate chandelier. I hope you can see how this design is better than lights with curvy arms, crystal rope and complicated pendants.Minuses include welding flaws with the hanger and chipped prisms, which the seller took care of, thanks! Only other drawback is you have to be very selective with the dimmable bulbs you use because most will hum loudly at low settings. Just bite your tongue and pay some extra for quality bulbs, then you won’t have to be aggravated by it.We get lots of compliments on this chandelier. When it’s lit in the dining room during the evening, it makes for great curb appeal and some of my neighbors have ooh’ed and aah’ed during after-dinner walks. Delightful!

This chandelier is an outstanding bargain. The installation is a breeze. The mounting plate has a hook which allows you to hang the chandelier prior to wiring it up. I hung the crystals after I mounted and wired the fixture. Some reviews mention an issue with the crystal length, yet it’s very easy to align all of the crystals by adjusting each tin hanger. Two crystals arrived with chips, yet you receive five extra crystals. You also receive about 20 extra tin hangers. The crystals display vibrant prisms, which are stunning when the sun hits it. I would recommend this chandelier for anyone looking for a little glam.

Instructions are sparse; common sense and maybe some trial and error is required to complete assembly. Assemble of the frame took about two hours. Installation was easy but very time consuming to hang every crystal. With a family team of four, two doing prep and two doing hanging, we finished the hanging in about two hours. One person will likely take four or more hours to hang all crystals.Recommend 60 watt equivalent, soft white, led candelabra lightbulbs with a dimmer.
