A little is all it takes to make a ton of foam

I've been using and loving this shower gel for over a year, however this most recent bottle is disappointing. It doesn't smell as good as previous bottles and it doesn't foam up as well. Maybe just from a bad batch but this was definitely not good value. If this was my first experience of Rituals I would not have become a repeat customer. If the formula has changed this is not a smart move and I will be looking elsewhere in future.

While Rituals products are consistently good , this new scent is a let down. It was a mistake to do away with the Happy Buddha line. The scent on this series is neither invigorating nor long lasting, but the other qualities such as moisturizing and silkening are on point.

I don’t know if this is a seller issue or what but this smelled NOTHING like the original product. I’ve bought the Ayurveda line many times in the past and this bottle smells chemical-y, like gas station hand soap. The seller didn’t accept returns so I had to seek a refund.
