I am 5’3 190 lbs and I bought the X-Large. The day I put it on I was on the last row of tightest adjustment. It was very easy to put on and comfortable to wear at work. I wear mine 8 hrs a day. But after almost a full year I am buying a large because this one is a bit loose. it’s hidden under clothes although you need a bra that will hold in the hangover on the top. All in all I highly recommend this waist cintcher for keeping your posture good at the office and it will keep you from over eating.

I am 5’3 - 140lbs, and I don’t have a box shape so I ordered a size down (even though it says it runs small). I ordered a small. I love how it fits but since I’m on the tightest hook, I’m going to keep my small in case I need it later (hopefully not) and order an X-Small so I can actually see some progress with my waist training journey. Sizing all depends on your body shape so I would just use my best judgement. One thing I don’t suggest is sizing up though. At best, get your actual size if you’re afraid to size down. Last thing, I love the hook, zipper and strap combo! Really sturdy and great quality!

This was a purchase I was unsure about, but am so happy I went through with. This corset makes you sweat, but holds you firmly in place and can be worn under clothes. I gained some weight and didn't fit my other corsets, but now I can wear my bigger one, thanks to sweatting under this. It shaped me back to a waist I can manage! Love it

I’m 5’3 160lbs and being home has done a number to my waist line. This fits lovely! This is the second one I’ve tried from Amazon in general. I suggest you size down. Chart wise I’m a large but if ur using it for what it’s for (waist training) you need a med. Overall it’s comfortable enough to wear all day. The straps help give you an extra hug. Go for sis buy it!
