**Q: Plan to use 2 to jack up existing 10' section of garage wall, to remove and replace rotting plate.  Anyone done this?**
A: I have jacked up an 8' long section of wall, using two 20 ton hydraulic jacks. You need a LOT more power to lift part of a building. These wall jacks are designed to angle lift a wall - not a section of a building.

A: this is a one jack You ned two for a long heavy wall

**Q: Any 1” steel pipe will work for the jacking lever?**
A: One inch outside diameter. Longer gives better leverage. Worked great for erecting 10 ft. high 24 ft. long 2x6 walls by myself.
