Fish love it and great for them!
I've been feeding my very large goldfish (6 yrs old) this food in combo with flake food for a year or two now. Their color is bright, they're healthy and they love the food! It doesn't seem to affect the water quality, though huge goldfish really dirty a tank up fast--these four are from 6-10" long. They were 25cent feeder goldfish, and the largest is a plain comet while the others are fantails, they are Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte. The only thing I wish is that the food was available in a larger size pellet, especially when they are in the outside pond in warm weather. They don't "lose" it in their winter tank, but the pond is darker with more hiding spots. Most floats for a good while, but some sinks immediately too. Overall well satisfied, even with the higher cost and it lasts about 2 to 3 months.

Great food for our water born Friend
Our fancy goldfish started to float to the top of the tank n couldn’t right himself. After a bit of reading I found out it could be from the floating food we normally feed him. I decided to buy this n after only a day or two, our homie righted himself n is now back to his fat whacky fishy self. I highly recommend to anyone who may have a goldfish in despair. It is definitely the RIGHT food. See what I did there. 🤷🏻. I tried.

Healthy ingredients
My goldfish love this food. Better then flakes as it sinks so that the fish can hunt it from bottom. They rush to get it when I feed them..

Fish seem to like the taste but it is NOT slow sinking
I have always used floating food for my goldfish, as my they seem to prefer to eat food from the top of the water. I bought this food, in part, because the title states "Slow sinking goldfish pellets." It takes about 6 seconds for these tiny, minuscule pellets to begin sinking. They do not sink slowly at all. They seem to sink almost the moment you put them in the tank. My fish, however, have gotten used to the fast-sinking pellets and now they eat off of the floor of the aquarium. I am just very disappointed with how fast this food sinks. They should change the listing. There is quite a bit of food in the bottle and it does not take much to feed the fish. It comes with a long plastic spoon that helps get to the bottom of the bottle. I probably won't buy this food again, I just don't like food particles on the bottom of my tank. I'd much rather the fish eat the food pellets from the top.

My Fancy Goldfish Love this food!!!
My Fancy Goldfish LOVE this!!! I feed them a few different types of food for nutritional variety: Repashy, Bugbites, Dried Red Worms, deshelled peas — but this slow sinking food is the foundational food they eat Atleast a bit of 3x per day. They seem to love it, and as it’s slow sinking, everybody — lil guys to biggins—get a chance to eat! Plus, sinking pellets help the fancies to not get swim bladder. Almost done with 1st bottle after them eating it for about 6 months now. Will reorder!

Very small pellets , but the ingredients look excellent. The jar is very narrow so you can't take the food out with your fingers , but they do supply a small ladle.
