Great Product
It is a high quality product, and for those of us who must watch our blood sugar levels, it is the perfect alternative to rice. Much lower gllycemic index. Beans and Barley is a complete protein.

Hulled Barley Grain
The grain was packaged well and seems very clean. We flake the grain to add to our breakfast cereal and I use the flakes in cookie and bread recipes. We like the texture and taste and the aroma of fresh flakes barley is unbeatable!

Quality barley. Comparable price
I eat barley every day after cooking one cup of this whole grain in my InstaPot. Barley helps lower my cholesterol. The price, unfortunately, continues to rise each year that I buy it. This is quality barley & it comes in a sturdy bag. I pour the 25 lb bag into a large Rubbermaid plastic box which seals securely. Will buy again.
