Came very fast exactly what I expected machine works amazing easy to use no complaints great for car detailing or cleaning around the house easy to clean

Well, I decided to upgrade to a larger and more powerful shampoo machine. I saw the reviews of new machines having poor quality control on the internals. Mine did too.Filled up the machine, turned the heater on and came back 20 minutes to give it a go. BUT the pump wouldn’t work and the machine smelled like something was burning.Turned everything off immediately and then found all of the pooling water under my shop tiles. Opened the unit and found that the pump motor is barely held in and moving all over the place and was leaking all of the water. So who knows that damage is done to the internals now.Absolutely disappointed in this experience considering it was 900 bucks after tax. Also during unboxing all of the screws on the machine were super lose and now looking inside there are a handful of electrical connections that are loose too.Have so many cars coming in that are booked for shampooing in the next 2 weeks and our old machine died on us after 3 years. This didn’t even last 1 day let alone one use!!!

GREAT UNIT . WISH THE WATER WAS A LITTLE HOTTER AND VACUUM END THAT YOU HOLD WAS A LITTLE SHORTER AND MORE EASILY SHOVED IN AREAS OF AN AUTO THAT ARE HARD TO GET TO BUT WOULD I PURCHASE AGAIN . YES!NOT FANCY AND DOLLED UP BUT BUILT AS AS GOOD TOOL WOULD BE, SPECIFIC FOR THE JOB AT HAND.

Bought a heated extractor off them the item came defective it was a run around to get them to replace it they sent a part expecting me to fix it I lost jobs clients cause of this problem won’t be buying from them again Adam’s polishes just replaces my defective or missing items without the hassle.

Quality piece

I know I’m not the first one to say it. The photos in the description do not match. The unit is said to be sent with an internally routed solution hose and a short power cord (photo specific) I had the exact same unit prior and needed a new one. To say the least it is different than that as described.The externally mounted solution hose gets above 150 degrees while using the heated unit. Which means if it lays across your body anywhere no clothed it’s going to burn you. Mytee is claiming that I am the only one to bring this as a safety concern to their attention scone the change in hose. Photos from Amazon, Amazon seller and mytee do not match the actual product being provided. It’s also does not provide a male/female disconnect at the tool head if you wanted to switch out the tool, it’s a direct hardline in.Start thinking about if a 160 degree hose is draped across your clients vehicle what potential damage could it cause.If you want the internally routed solution hose It’s an additional cost from the mytee site of another $100 (no tool)Unit is also leaking out of the dirty tank with the cap screwed completely tight. 🤷🏻‍♂️ not even one day old.
