Pretty good.
This was fine for what I was using it for. The only issue is that it was very lumpy and hard. I expected it to be more loose. It worked for what I was using it for and I will order again in hopes of it being more loose.

I have been using coconut sugar for a long time this product was economical It takes me a long time to use coconut sugar. I mainly used it for my hot cereals and some backing. The flavor reminds me a little like sorghum syrup. it does not clump up as bad as brown sugar after sitting for a long period of time if air get to it. I found it very stable shelf like and not taste old like some things. Coconut sugar does impact insulin levels, albeit to a lesser extent than regular table sugar. When you consume foods with sugars, your blood sugar rises, and the body releases insulin to help utilize or store that sugar. Coconut sugar has a glycemic index (GI) of approximately 35-54, which is lower than that of table sugar. This lower GI is partly due to coconut sugar’s inulin content, a type of dietary fiber that can slow the absorption of glucose and lead to a more gradual rise in blood sugar levels

Strange texture and taste for coconut sugar
We primarily use coconut sugar for baking and this is not the texture or taste of any coconut sugar I’ve ever had and we have used many different brands over the years. It also tastes very sweet . Because of the texture and taste I am suspicious that it’s mixed with brown sugar. I am allergic to regular sugar and am nervous of consuming this. This is a non returnable on Amazon , to add to it , the company has no website or way to contact them even though it has a 100% money back guarantee on the container. The address on the product container doesn’t even exist on Google maps . This feels sketchy all around .
