This skirt works to cover the entry of the boat, but that's about it. If you're on flat water, it will keep the spray from sloppy strokes out of your boat. It's seal is not good enough to keep you from taking on water going through choppy water though. Part of my problem is with my boat, so I'm giving this product an extra star, but even with a more compatible cockpit to fasten to, I really don't think this skirt would stop more than the lightest flow of water from getting into a boat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ saves me so much time from draining my kayak *by H***E on Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2017* I wish I could find this again and purchase it again. It is tricky to get on, but what skirt isn't? I use it on my Pelican Maverick. Soooooo worth it! Water does pool on it, and I lean and swish it off. I had to spend some time to get the fit just right, but it can be done.
