Flavours too new!
Again, great photos, easy to follow instructions, but I found only a few receipes that I will actually prepare. A bit of a disappointment.

Your veggie dish will steal the show if you use this cookbook!
We belong to a Community Supported Agriculture share program (CSA) and get a box full of farm fresh veggies weekly. Included are veggies I have no idea how to cook. I got this book and I have been able to use all of the veggies and come out looking like a gourmet chef! The recipes are truly unique and delicious! Jodi Liano combines shallots, red pepper flakes, smoked sweet paprika, honey and lemon to create her Caramelized Cauliflower dish! (my husband gave this one a 10++++) And her Vinegar-Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts and Walnut Oil were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this book, you will not be disappointed!

Good variety of seasonal veggies
Great new ideas for seasonal veggies. Have tried 10 thus far and all have been good, even my toddler liked them!

Definitely one of the vegetable-centered cookbooks out there. A must-have!

Diffrent
A lot of diffrent forms to prepare vegetales, in my house the vegetales are es sentÃan, so for me its very nice to have more recipes
