Will someone please measure the true diameter of this 12" glass lid? From drip lip to drip lip, if you would.

The best I can measure it is 11-3/4 inches. Give or take a hair over or under. Hope this helps you out. This is a really nice lid. I am completly satified.

my cuisinart pan is 12 1/2" outer diameter, 12" inner diameter. will this lid work?

I have a 12" skillet, but the inside of the skillet where the lid sits measures 11-3/4", the inner rim of the lid measures 11-3/4", and it fits my skillet perfectly. I don't know if it would fit your pan. I hope this helps.

It fits both the T-Fal 12" professional and the Cuisinart 12"--it is not snug in either case, but certainly will suffice as a cover for cooking purposes. As to the Gotham you mentioned, I have no idea.

Does this fit the Lodge, cast iron 12" skillet?

It barely doesn't fit new lodge 12" cast iron skillets. I am debating returning it.
