Great add in to slime making
Purchased as add in to slime making. Love the amount and consistency of this fake snow !

As long as you're cool with a mess, this is AMAZING.
I took a chance, even though I thought this amount would be dinky... Nope. I used 1/3 of the bag to make fake snow for three kids (3-5 years old), watched their eyes get huge as they watched it "grow", and I kid you not they sat at a table and played for over two hours straight with this stuff. We use little action figures, Minecraft pieces, and Duplos with it so everything can be washed off after, so they sat there making scenes with Tommy Pickles and army men without any bickering, stealing from each other, or even getting up from their chairs.I put it in a Tupperware after and it's been used repeatedly for two weeks now, without even needing to use more from the bag yet. Still looks and feels the same, so it's keeping well in an airtight container (after already expanding with water.)If you've got little kids, this really is magical for them. However, the mess of it all is pretty bad. It's hard to wipe off tables, it gets everywhere, it doesn't really vacuum well... But as a mom, I'm fine with anything that sparks imagination and keeps kids engaged like this. Totally worth buying.

Perfect for Sensory
Perfect for sensory purposes! Lots of fun. It was easy to clean up and worked almost instantly. I felt like it was perfect for what I paid. Closest feeling to real snow yet.

My kids liked it
My kids asked me to get them some for their slime, they said they liked it and it worked well enough, but that it wasn't the best one they've ever tried. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I think it was a good deal, it's a good sized package for the price. It's not that easy to clean, the texture was nice but it took a long time and a lot of the product to achieve the cloud slime effect they were looking for. They said it was fun but it took longer than they wanted. The slime came out nice, fluffy, looked like white sand on its own

Lots of fun.
Bought it for my grand daughter as she has never seen snow and she was amazed and couldn’t stop playing with it. A little goes a long way. So I did t use it all at the same time. Add a little water and it grows while you play with it. Cold but not really wet. When you leave it alone it will shrink back and just add water again and it will grow again. I did y put it in a bag but I’m sure it kept on a airtight bag it will come back the same as new. Lots of fun but it’s kind of messy so watch where you let the kids play with it. Just remember to put it k to an airtight bag for reuse.

Do not use for any type of slime!!!
The media could not be loaded. It Does not work with slime in any way shape or form as advertised. This instant snow Does not expand like other instant snow I've tried, and I've tried a few different brands. It just Doesn't really get fluffy at all. Turns into cottage cheese like chunks (like the worst texture ever) when added to slime and the listing says its specifically for slime so I don't understand why it just does not react to slime very well AT ALL. I posted a video above the result of a very well known perfect cloud recipe + this instant snow...cloud slime is supposed to be soft and fluffy and drizzly. Not whatever this is. It didn't expand nearly as much as other companies- definitely not the 100x like advertised and yes, I've worked with a bunch of different slime recipes and different brands of instant snow, I was activating it and doing it properly, it's definitely not user error here. It didn't get fluffy at all when the correct amount of water was added. Didn't react correctly when added dry damp or activated into all different glues and slime recipes. Not sure what this is but it's not good instant snow and it's not good for slime. I tried 5 different times with different glues and recipes all for them to end up like this. Hours and hours and nearly a whole gallon of glue lost because of this instant snow, and the cost of glue has become astronomical lately really leaving small slime shop owners to have to pay high prices all for nearly a whole gallon of glue. I feel kinda like I got scammed out of both my instant snow and a gallon of glue since I had to replace both setting me back in my budget for my restock and leaving me unable to purchase other things I really needed for it. I couldn't even make a simple jelly slime with it, it doesn't bloom correctly for it. When activating the snow instead of being fluffy is like crumbly and then you add it to glue and disaster strikes. It turns into the most disgusting thing, it's even more cottage cheese type clumpy and so disgusting and slimey... and not the good slime I was hoping for. I wouldn't even call it slime. it also has a very chemically scent to it, and leaves a wet snow residue all over you hands (and mixer, spatula, bowl, and container it was stored in) and is very very VERY difficult to get off of things, like it got EVERYWHERE and was so difficult to get off it was like cemented in there, it took some scalding hot water and soap and I seriously scrubbed my mixing bowl and stuff for a half hour trying to get all the weird residue off and even afterwards it felt like it was all over my hands still And the smell lingered as well. It just was a really bad experience and I never leave low reviews like this, but this definitely warranted it. Idk what this is, but it's nothing like any other instant snow I've ever used and should never come in contact with any type of glue or slime. I would suggest not advertising this for slime at all, or really anything for anyone. Kids especially with that chemically smell. I'm sorry to have to rate it this way, the price seemed too good to be true. Will be perusing a refund ASAP.

Decent quality, good value
If you’re like me, you’re buying fake snow for slime. This is the cheapest per tbsp that I found. The snow crystals are larger than other brands. I tried putting them through a food processor, it didn’t have much effect. The size of the crystals is noticeable visually. However, I found that this makes cloud slime a lot faster than the premium brands of snow. It took a few spoonfuls to make a large batch while premium brands require multiple bags. I’d highly recommend getting this first and then trying the more expensive brands.I still use this snow for videos, since it’s cheap and visually identical to the expensive snow (until you add water).

Not as much snow for the same ounces
I was disappointed to see that this brand does not generate as much snow per ounce as other brands I've used before. For the size bag, it made up about 1/4 as much snow as I was expecting, for the same price (or more) that I've paid before. I wish I remembered what brand I bought last time. I figured they'd all be the same, so I went with the one that would ship in time to get here for my preschool class. I was hoping to use a small portion of the bag so I could do this activity multiple times, but I had to use the entire bag for one sensory bin. I was not expecting that at all.
