what are the internal dimensions? I am only seeing exterior dimensions.

Roughly 9”H x 51/2”V x 2” D. There is an internal separate divider which divides the D into 2 roughly equal spaces. I cut half of the divider off because I needed 2” of depth for half of the case.

Can it fit a Camara Sony Alpha 7, and one lens?

I don’t know the exact dimensions for that type of camera, but from the pictures of what the camera looks like. I don’t think it would fit.
