Just ehh - not terrible but certainly not as good as I had hoped after reading reviews. Taste is just off in my opinion on all 3 in variety pack. And did not notice Any relaxation or chill effect from it. I will try one a day as they say it takes time to see the effects but not thrilled with the cost and taste so most likely will not repurchase
