It works beautifully!
The Eclipse Takumi is right up to Iwata’s high standards. It is well made, parts fit is excellent, and the trigger response is exceptional. It was ready to go right out of the box I personally prefer the Takumi style because of the side mounted cup, but this is a personal choice. Except for the cup placement, it is identical to the rest of Iwata’s Eclipse models. It makes a great companion to my Iwata Custom Micron Takumi. 5 Stars!

Excellent quality! Made to last!
You can't go wrong with any Iwata airbrush, but the Iwata Eclipse Takumi does have some differences you might be interested in. Gravity side feed cup allows a better line of sight to your work that can also be switched left or right. This allows the spray tip to be closer to the main lever, so you feel closer to the object being painted. Plenty of clearance for your finger if top cups were too close. The fluid cup can be taken apart in 3 easy parts for cleaning. I did replace the fluid cup with a Harder & Steenbeck 2ML chrome plated cup, part# (123324) because I wanted a smaller cup. I learned that from a YouTube review by DRED FX CUSTOM PAINT. Credit to him, it worked perfect, screwed right on, no issues. I've been using it for hats, shirts, and hobby tabletop miniatures like Warhammer 40K. I absolutely love this airbrush and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality airbrush that will last forever.

Surprised how good
I've been airbrushing for about 30 years and have bought iwatas custom microns gravity feed, I love the side feed and the 0.3 needle has become my new favorite.

Ich nicht. Vielleicht in zehn Jahren. ;)Ich versprühe damit Acryl, Dispersions und Tintenstrahl-Drucker-Tinte.Das Bild ist mit Druckertinte und Schmincke weiss gesprüht.
