I do not have anything that I dislike about it although any type of extra help - rubber for the wall, does not fit decorative baseboards so therefore I was no able to use any on the bottom part of the gate. I was only able to use on the wall on the top. The gate does stay in place though as I open the latch and go through it. I placed this about 8 feet from an exit/entrance door to keep the dogs inside and leave open when they are allowed on the other side of it The gate is very sturdy and stable. If only these had waterproof parts and could be used outside, that would be great.

This gate is totally awesome! It arrived in an extremely well packed box in excellent condition. It was extremely easy to install - I ordered it in white and it looks nice in our house. Actually, I ordered 1 gate several weeks ago for our stairs and I ordered this one for our den doorway. We have 3 Miniature Schnauzers we want to keep out of certain areas of our house.

I bought this to turn a hallway into a playroom for my two Chihuahua's when company came or workers were in the house. It works great, gives my fur babies full view of what is going on as it keeps them out of harm's way and from getting underfoot with strangers in the house. It is very good quality.

I got this to limit where my puppy could go. I'm older and didn't want the hassle of setting up and taking down the cheap baby gate. This is perfect.

The gate works great. However tightness you set it to makes it more stiff or easier to open. Only down fall is that my kids keep shifting it—not sure if it’s the type of walls I have, but we didn’t want to mount it so we used the side cups for simple pressure tighten and it failed us too many times. Lol 😂 we constantly have to take it down and put it back up.Update July 2023: Well that didn’t last too long at all. The gate is still up however Idk how 1 bar came out. Must’ve been the kids.. anyways, we had to tape it back up so that the puppy doesn’t fit through.

I have 4 other pet gates for other rooms. This one seems to be the best of all of them I have. It has a wide opening (about 22 1/2 inches wide for the gate) and will stay open if you open it to about 90 degrees, and otherwise it will close on its own. It was very easy to install, and all parts are excellent quality. The lock works very well. It is made of metal, other than the locking mechanism that is made of heavy duty plastic.I will probably buy several more to replace some of my other gates. I was pleased that I could order it with or without the small door for smaller pets (I chose the option to not have the small door and saved about $10 because of my choice. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with this quality product. THANK YOU!!!!

I bought 3 of these gates. Two were the 30” height and one was the 36” height. The shorter gates both are challenging to press the buttons and lift and open the gate, I have no idea why. It’s not smooth at all to do and takes a bit of strength and force. On top of this, the plastic zip tie that is supposed to be not cut until the gate is fully installed, arrived cut already on one! The other arrived with it zip tied incorrectly to only on side. I think these must have been returned and resold to me! The tall gate I would give 5 stars, it is so smooth and easy to press the buttons and open the gate. It feels like a completely different gate compared to the other two I got! I think it’s a totally different model even though it’s the same brand and listing. The placement of the buttons you press and the color is also different on the tall vs the short gate. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend buying these if you get the short ones because it’s really annoying to open every time.

Used as a pet gate outside on our porch really like it...
