Where has this been all my life? Great flavor, less cholesterol. You haven't made potatoes or roasted vegetables until you've used duck fat.

This is the item I couldn’t wait to get. When I did I did I fryer up some boneless chicken breast, and used The Duck fat. And it was some of most crispy flavorful and juicy chicken I have ever fried up at home. We even used it on our Turkey in place of butter and it was so juicy. Duck Fat is a must have for yummy food

I never even considered duck fat except I was doing a special Carnivore Diet challenge and many recipes included duck fat. To me it tastes like chicken fat so I liked it fine and it is excellent for cooking everything. If you usually use coconut oil or olive oil I recommend giving this a chance as the animal products are, when well sourced, very beneficial for you and besides it tastes very yummy.

Great taste from a pure product. I'm no chef, but I am most definitely a foodie. This product was a great way to wow my friends with for dinner parties. If I could make one suggestion though, maybe some sort of pour spout? The only difficulty is if this is poured straight from the jar instead of spooned, the fat gets all over the bottle, which is of course a mess to clean. Probably not something that can be fixed, and definitely won't keep me from purchasing again, but just a suggestion!

We had had fries prepared in duck fat at a great restaurant and were hooked. We bought a stainless steel oil sprayer, lightly sprayed frozen, seasoned fries and cooked them in the air fryer. They were fantastic!!! Not heavy, but oh so crispy and tasty.

I use this all the time. Especially cooking meatballs or other lean cuts of beef. It brings everything up a level.
