I love this planner! I think the paper is great quality. I love the feel of the planner itself. Love the lay flat pages. Love the three ribbons. Love the folder in back. Now me, personally, I haven't quite figured out if I like having both weekly and daily pages. I'm having a hard time using both - I tend to like one week to be on one spread. While I can definitely just start using the dailies as journaling or doodle area - I'm trying currently to use the weekly as an overview - and then the dailies as the more details + notes for the day. I will say that I can definitely see the benefits of having both - its just a personal preference and by no means a knock down of the product itself. I can only imagine how hard it is to find a "one size fits all" planner! I love that it has just enough structure to save you lots of time - but yet can still be customizable! I will definitely be buying another STM brand weather its the planner or just the bullet journal.. I'm a fan!EDIT** I will say that I had a hard time utilizing both the weekly and daily pages. I also found this one a little large for my preference. Not changing my rating at all - since its al personal preference. I still love the feel-design-paper! If I had to find my perfect planner - I would say take the STM journal - and then turn that into a planner on the inside.. but ONLY use either the weekly OR the daily.. not both.. THat would be a KILLER planner and I Would buy them over and over. I love the journals but I'm not one to like to take the time to fill it out haha!!I do hope that they come out with an A5 size planner!! I would purchase one of those immediately!

There is no other journal/ planner fusion quite like this one (or, at least, none that I could track down)! This journal allows for the creativity and flexibility of a bullet journal, while not having to make ALL of your own templates. There was clear attention to detail in creating this product, and I particularly love the 3 bookmarks that are included with the journal itself, the "test page" for pens, and the key page in the front of the journal. The templates provided are staples for a lot of bullet journalists, such as a habit tracker and time scheduler, but the pages still come with space to add your own lists or other planning tool. This product is almost exactly what I was looking for in a planner, but as someone who loves planning, I'd like to offer a couple of suggestions:1) MORE BLANK PAGES - I love that the journal comes with about 10 or so extra pages, however I think it would be beneficial to add some more. I know I love to use my planner to jot down or sketch ideas, and having 2 or so pages (front and back, so 4 total) per month would be helpful.2) COLOR CHOICES - While I love the blue of the journal, I think it could be fun if different colors were offered! I feel that a lot of other people who use planners (especially customizable ones) really want to be able to pick out the color of their book. Personally, I'd love to see this journal offered in deep purples and reds, but I know that a lot of working professionals would very much appreciate if this journal could come in more classic tones, such as blacks, browns and grays.3) GROUPING OF PAGES - Currently, the set up of the journal is so the "monthly" pages appear first all together, followed by the "weekly" pages. It might be better to group the weekly pages with the monthly ones so that the journal could be used in-order (then the 2 blank planning could go behind the weekly ones). Though this suggestion is last on my list for a reason, because the more I think about it the more I'm realizing that this design decision was probably made to give the user more creative freedom (ie, have weekly pages that encompass two months without them being strictly in the space of a single month). Because of this, it isn't really high up on my list of things I'd like to see out of this journal, but I know a lot of people who engage in bullet planning do prefer to use their journal in order.Overall, if you like the idea of bullet journaling but not the idea of literally creating every last page from scratch, this is the journal for you!

Overall I gave it four stars as the B5 journal is functional and I like it more than I don’t. I’m very disappointed in the page thickness as you can clearly see through the pages as shown in the third picture you can see the calendar behind that page and also on the Pen test page my pens did not bleed through but you can still see the colors and the activity on the page behind it. The pages came wrinkled towards the beginning of the journal, the pages did not stick together, and there was some sort of spill of glue or something that showed in the center of the journal towards the beginning of the journal but nothing that upset me enough to return it. The back pocket has a nice black material to hold the paper together so that the pocket doesn’t rip off as the pocket paper is not super thick. the pen loop is great but it already wants to detach from the notebook and I just received the notebook a couple days ago. I’ve only put the pen in once. These are all things that don’t bother me so much because I really wanted a B5 dotted journal and love that I don’t have to construct a monthly and weekend spread. I love the heaviness of it, it’s quite heavy. I love the hard cover and the leather-like cover. It has two page markers and a journal closure so as I said I just received it and I have no idea how long it’s going to last me I hope it last me until I’m finished with it. One last thing to add on the weekly spreads; I don’t like that the top of the spread is in a shade of gray and that the sides of each day of the week is in gray with numbers that make no sense?🙄 the great thing about the journal is every single page has DOTS 😃it doesn’t look like it when you look at the pictures online but it in fact has dots on every single page! I think that’s what is making me keep this journal is that even though it has a premade layout it’s still has the dots and then it does have pages to do things that are completely blank. I think two pages in between each week would be so much more helpful but then the journal would be so thick I don’t think they could make it because the journal already itself is very thick and heavy. All in all I like it! my biggest disappointment is the page thickness but like I said the journal itself is super thick as a whole if the pages were thicker it would be huge!!! Its a beast and I love that! It’s pretty perfect. They did a good job! Thank you Scribbles that Matters! Oh the journal sleeve it comes in that’s cardboard and white has dots on it and there are no pictures to color in it is for you to create whatever you want to create on the journal sleeve. So let your imagination go wild or let your child take over and create something beautiful or not so beautiful but it’s all yours it’s completely blank white and with dots. Happy Journaling!

Bevor ich diesen Planer genutzt habe, habe ich ein „Bullet Journal“ geführt und diesen relativ aufwendig gestaltet. Auf Dauer wurde mir das zu umständlich und vor allem fehlte mir die Zeit! Ich habe ein Planer gesucht, der meine Wünsche erfüllt und bin hier fündig geworden. Das Grundgerüst entsprach genau meiner Vorstellung. Die Monatsübersicht und die einzelnen Wochen (also das Grundgerüst) ist so wie ich es auch in meinen Journals gestaltet habe - es fällt also viel Arbeit weg und es bleibt mehr Zeit für kreatives.Das Papier ist klasse und so wie ich es schon von den „normalen“ STM Notizbüchern kannte. Man kann mit fast jedem Stift schreiben ohne das man es auf der Rückseite sieht. Die Punkte sind nicht zu kräftig, aber dennoch sichtbar.Der Einband ist fest und reißt nicht.Die beiden Lesezeichen-Bänder und die Halteschlaufe für den Stift sind auch nach einem Jahr Benutzung Top. Übrigens ist der Fineliner klasse!Die Dokumententasche hält sehr viel aus und bietet auch Größeren Schriftstücken Platz.Für mich ein absolutes Lieblingsstück! Ich werde es für das kommende Jahr erneut kaufen und hoffe, dass es nicht aus dem Programm genommen wird! EDIT: leider habe ich beim zweiten Kauf einen Kalender für 2021/2022 erhalten und nicht für 2022/2023 wie es in der Beschreibung steht!
