I got these to dress up an older pair of hiking boots- the teal color is nice and cheerful and goes well with my light brown boot. The laces are strong and do not seem to get snagged on the grommets/hooks (or whatever they are called), so that is A PLUS. My over the ancle boot has 4 eyelets and three hooks/grommets (total of seven places the laces must interact with) so the length was fine. The laces also stay tied (for me) so there is enough fabirc resistance to hold a knot. All in all I am glad I bought them and will buy these again. Great product.

You can tell immediately that these laces are near indestructible. They wear like iron, but act like regular laces. Win/win.

I put these in my Thursday Captain's boots that came with flat laces. I like the look of these much better and they are very strong.

These appear to be nice laces in materials and appearance. I'll never be able to comment on long term disability or performance because I ordered these laces THREE times and was send the wrong spec laces every time. I gave up and bought different ones. Too bad, they looked nice but if you need 68" and they are 56...not very useful! Hopefully you have better luck, just know it's possible you'll never get the size you need.

These are great! Perfect diameter for my Danner work boots. Measure your old ones to determine length. These are the short ones and they’re perfect. The old ones got ruined from constant rubbing when tying and untying but the boots are still good so what else to do but get new laces. I love how these look, the brown is a nice look with the brown leather and I hope they hold up for a long time

I didn't have the money for slip off boots, used my regular steel toe leather work boots for welding school. My boots tool plenty of slag and shot hits, but the laces never melted, these suckers are amazing, highly recommend!
