Hosa STX-105M 1/4" TRS to XLR3M Balanced Interconnect Cable, 5 Feet

Due to the price, I had very little expectations. However, the mixer just works. The regular function, the USB, the Blue Tooth all work. Sound quality is not bad. Sometimes I hear a bit of distortion. Maybe the Hosa cables connecting the speakers are not that great. Maybe the speakers are not that great. Maybe I just do not know what I am doing and did something wrong. I use the USB to play accompaniment, A Shure SM58 microphone to sing along, record on my cellphone, then use Blue Tooth function to play the recording back for singing practice. Overall for what I need, I am very happy with the mixer. Well worth it!

Purchased for my microphones and phantom pack. This is my second Hosa cable as I liked the quality of the first one so much for the price! Would highly recommend for any musician for any purposes. Works great with my mic and phantom pack. No need to waste any more money on a higher priced cable

i was using a direct box to route our keyboard into a "cat5"(sp?) then into a 40 channel high end mixing board.our problem was not enough gain using this setup.after replacing a direct box set up with this Hosa XLR3 the gain increased about 4 times.this gave our sound man superb control he did not have earlier.packaging was retailquaility was better than expectedi have the 5' and 10'.

Product arrived on time in a very nice package. Cable is very flexible which makes it easy to work with in my setup. Connectors are sturdy... guess after some use I will see how well made they are. For the price I think I got a good product.Would recommend...

I had a pair of unbalanced cables connecting a Tascam US-164 interface to an M-Audio SBX10 (feeding BX8a monitors). I used to get A fluttering sound from the speakers which used to drive me crazy. I'm almost certain it came from the digital U.S.B. bus. I ordered a couple of these cables,and fitted them, and the problem was completely cured. They also came really fast, and at a great price.

I have four of the Hosa Cable STX100M 1/4 TRS to XLR Male Cable - 5 Foot and two of the Hosa Cable STX105F 1/4 TRS to XLR3 Female Cable - 5 Foot and swap the cables out regularly to switch which sound card is connected to the monitors. The connection between M and F cables on one set is too tight, which indicates the relatively poor workmanship. As a result, the housing pulls of the F side and the guts of the F connector stay stuck to the M connector on that set of cables. They sound fine on my studio monitors though, and they are inexpensive so I am just ordering another set of two each in the hopes that the next ones will connect with no problems.

I've had pretty good experience with Hosa products. Used as jumpers on X32 audio board. Other Hosa products are used for microphones and some musical instruments.
