I have purchased these twice. I originally bought the large. They fit well and handle my occasional incontinence. They are something like 98% cotton. I always throw my stuff in the dryer. The large became a little snug. Still very comfortable, but I bought a set of extra large o see how they would fit. I love them. The extra large are even more comfortable.Since these are mostly cotton, and cotton tends to shrink some, I recommend you buy one size larger than normal.Either way, you will be glad you bought these. No breakthrough leaks, and no odor. Best idea ever.

I bought these for occasional bladder or menstrual leaks. They are so comfortable that I wear them everyday. They sit just below my bellybutton. Im plus sized and the top doesnt roll down and the leg holes are comfortable.The first batch lasted well over a year before the waterproof lining tore apart inside. They're still comfortable and wearable, but not leak proof anymore. That's a long time to last with daily use and hot washer and dryer. I bought more. They probably would have stayed waterproof if I hang dried them instead of using the dryer.

I purchased these panties because I recently had a hysterectomy and I didn't want to wear a pad for weeks on end after the surgery. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase. They are comfortable, fit well, and don't leak. They absorb blood, discharge, and small amounts of urine leakage.There is one thing though that I didn't expect. If you are wearing them, there is absolutely no smell at all. But everytime I pull them down to use the restroom, I can smell whatever has come out and been absorbed by the panties. By the end of the day, the smell does gets worse. If you are using them for periods, I would recommending have a couple of pairs to change throughout the day. At a minimum, even if you are only bleeding lightly, I would wear one pair during the day and one at night. If I wear them for 12-16 hours, the smell is minimal. If I wear them for 24 hours, my nose is absolutely offended by hour 24.Overall though, I do love them. I'm glad I got them. It made my recovery so much more comfortable. I wear them anywhere I go and have never had any issues with leakage. I have washed my several times and they still work great. It was money well spent. But the only reason I gave them 4 stars out of 5 is because of the smell. I haven't had any trouble with it per se but sometimes it is annoying.

I had bought a couple of pairs of the Thnx undies and they work great, but I wanted a more affordable product for everyday wear. I use these a slight incontinence when the occasional sneeze, cough, or jump can be an issue. They work so well and are so comfortable I wear them nearly every day.

5' 3" 170 lbs, purchased LargePurchased for postpartum wear. For when flow is tapering off. They do get smelly after a 24hr wear. I soak in warm water with a little hand soap after wear then throw them in the hamper. Gets the smell out best. Size up for most comfortable fit. I'm usually a medium and got the Large and they fit wonderfully.Only con is the waist band can get a little folded, but the stitching does a pretty good job of keeping it comfortable.Definitely want to buy another set when I have the funds!

I bought these to wear postpartum. They are SO COMFY, especially after you've been in diapers and wearing huge scratchy pads.They absorbed well, and I never had an issue with leaking of any kind.My only problem has been how stinky they get during one day of wear, (I wanted to change them part way through the day because I smelled so gross) and then getting the odor out afterward, even with multiple soaking and washings.I ultimately went back to wearing pads.This is my first time using period panties, and I have not tried more expensive brands to know if this is a common problem or not.

My cycles have been changing now that I'm getting older, and I had to stop using my usual cup and disc because inserting anything had become so painful and only exacerbated my cramps. I used disposable pads for a couple of cycles until I got fed up with them for the same reasons I hated them as a teen. I found a single pair of menstrual undies by a larger brand in a big box store and liked them, but they were expensive, the fit wasn't great, and they leaked up the back at night. Another mom recommended these to me and I had to try them.Y'all, my life has changed. These control leaks better at the gusset than my first pair, and there's *wide* protection way up the back to the bottom of the waistband, so I've had no nighttime leaks. They don't absorb a *lot* and really are just meant as back up, but I've used them for a couple of cycles now with nothing else, just changing them as needed. These are PERFECT for the early days of your cycle when you feel like you're about to start, and then Aunt Flo's plane gets like a 36-hour delay. When my cramping is heaviest, I wear the other pair I got that holds more than these, but it never lasts long and totally does seep out the gussets. I've been taking a new supplement the last few months and my cramps are finally milder, so I'm able to tolerate my cup again now and can switch to using these solely as backup for it. I'm ordering a new set today so that I have enough for a full cycle.

I love the colors and the style! These period undies are so comfortable! I have a 47 inch hip and got the 3XL. Wore them on a medium flow day. No leaks.

Espero les sirva mi opinión y puedan ustedes valorar éste producto.Yo al igual que ustedes, me puse averiguar de marcas y modelos y llegué a ésta página, y por los comentarios decidí comprar un paquete de 3pz talla grande, llegó a tiempo ya que tenía una boda en puerta y andar fuera de casa y en días complicados no es nada cool...Yo los utilice como pantis y una toalla, y por si acaso agregué una copa menstrual ya que la boda era a hora y media del lugar dónde vivo.Y todo súper bien, me sentí muy cómoda y segura, al principio cuando ví las pantis pensé.... ESTÁN ENORMES ya que también pueden utilizarse como ropa interior posparto.....Pero la verdad se ajustan muy bien a tu cuerpo, Tal vez me hubiera gustado una talla mediana, pero son muy cómodas en días así.Les muestro en la fotos su presentación de como vienen, son 3 pantis (negro con lunares blancos, blanco con lunares negros y gris) el modelo que yo elegí, también como vienen por dentro.Súper recomendado ***** si son de las que tienen mucho flujo, agregar una toalla o copa menstrual o si son de las que tienen poco flujo utilicen lo sólo, ustedes irán viendo cómo le da mejor resultado.

se los compre a mi niña que está aprendiendo a cuidarse en temas de mujeres y le ha ido muy bien, ayuda a que la toalla nocturna se quede en su lugar y evitar accidentes. Vienen un poco grandes para que lo consideren, si quieren que les quede justa yo recomiendo una talla menos de lo que usa habitual. Muy buena calidad. Super compra!

Recomiendo pedir una talla extra a la que normal pides solo si piensas usar estos calzones con una toalla gruesa nocturna así decidí usar los calzones para tener doble refuerzo anti fugas pero si me hubiera gustado pedir una talla extra porque con la toalla si esta algo apretado el calzon, la calidad es esxcelente, sí estiran bastante y son fáciles de lavar. Sin dudarlo los volvería a comprar otra vez.

Me quedaron grandes, se adaptan al cuerpo, si eres de las que quiere estar más apretadita pide 1 o 2 toallas menos.¿Absorbentes? Si. Me salvaron en la noche de no manchar colchón. No las usaría solas con flujo abundante pero si en los últimos días.Para dormir son cómodas. No dan calor, olores ni nada. Se lavan muy fácil. Pediré 1 o 2 tallas menos.
