I wear 40 inch jeans what size belt do i order

I would order at least 2 inches larger that your actual waist size

I wear 42/44 pants. What size belt should I order?

Order at least one size up.. Better to order up 2 sizes... This particular belt runs small.. I'd be ordering 46/48..
