Works great

One capsule 2 hours before a workout allows me to push myself a little bit further in the gym. Nothing too spectacular, but noticeable. That being said, 500 mg may be enough for the same effect. These 1,000 mg capsules are quite large and may be difficult to swallow for some people. Overall, I think this is a good quality product.

These are fine, so far as I can tell. I’m not having them leave a taste, repeating, or causing any discomfort. Some people might find the size a bit uncomfortable. As you can see in the photo, they are a full inch long. If the on package advertising, and the few articles I found about this are to be believed (and some are from reputable magazines, such as the journal Nature, Science Magazine and The New York Times) this is the greatest of all anti aging supplements. The Mayo Clinic’s website said, more information is needed, but in proper doses it’s harmless. So it seemed like a good idea to me. Best case, a longer healthier life. Worst case I’m wasting a few bucks on a useless vitamin. Reality, my guess, is somewhere between the two. I will say this. Since I started taking this in the form of energy drinks I was able to take the eyeglasses restriction of my license because I became able to pass the exam without it. That could be coincidence. I’m not a doctor. I’m just saying that’s my experience with it.

I've just learned about black seed oil and did a bunch of research and came across this brand. This is the only brand I've purchased so far and I'm still on my first bottle but I absolutely love it! I'm a big believer of holistic medicine and trying to get away from pharmaceuticals. These have boosted my immune system more than I had anticipated. I often get sick from my grandchildren who are in daycare and always have some kind of bug going on. Since taking these I have (knock on wood) not gotten sick. They also do curb your appetite. Will definitely be purchasing again, they are not a part of my daily vitamin regimen.
