If i want to customize module, how can i do that ? for example i need 5 lights, 1 fan & 1 socket ?

This is unfortunately not possible. We have a 3 Light, 1 Fan, and 1 Socket variant OR a 6 Lights, 2 Fan module OR a 7 Light, 1 Fan module only.

Hello,can I use 2 2000 watt devices and 6 200 watt devices in 8 module(6 normal switch+2 high load load) product

Yes, you can connect 2 x 2000W to 2 High Load Switches. You can connect 6 x 200 W (GLS & Halogen lamps) to 6 individual normal switches. If you are connecting LED then you can connect 6 x 40W (MAX) LED Lights to 6 normal switches. We will be happy to talk through your requirements if you want to contact us through our website.

Do I need to pay additional charges for software application?

There are no additional software charges. Our mobile app is available on the App Store and Play Store for free download.

Iotics smart switch

Very good product, works perfect just to be ensure that bldc fans doesn't work on iotics remote as per them non bldc fan works fine. If using bldc fan you can turn on the fan through iotics remote but for controlling fan speed you need to use fan remote.

Using it from more than 6-8 month all working fine..there was problem in 1 button after a month , and I wrote email to company and they given me free of cost replacement immediately, company owner is good person and he cares about his customers..Recommended for good quality, look and for automation
