Q: Does this have a stand where it can stand alone

No, it attaches to your own stand.

Q: Works with roland E pads?

Yes. Will work with Roland triggers like the BT-1, PDX-6, PD-8, and PD-85. I would stick with smaller pads, as the rods are smaller diameter than a standard Tom L bar. Mine specifically held BT-1 triggers for a Aux percussion setup I did a few years back. I've also used my DP-85BK pads with this rack.

Q: Does this attach to a ride cymbal stand? Not sure how this attaches

It does have a stand mount bracket on it but if you have a very large cymbal on the stand it may be hard to get to the auxiliaries

Q: Will this fit on a Karl Perazza timbale set without covering to much of the timbale playing surface?

Im not Shure i use un me cymbal stand
