Just purchased these on an impulse due to a flash sale. For the price, I couldn't be happier. They're great for travel and come with a nice carrying case to protect them from damage. Another travel plus is that they feature Bluetooth multi-point connectivity. This means they can be connected to my tablet and my phone at the same time. Someone call my phone while I'm watching a movie on my tablet's bigger screen? No problem. I don't even need to take my earbuds out. Just pause my movie and answer my phone.Sound isolation is amazing and bass isn't too bad. I spent all day at a cheer competition with excessively loud, thumping music and was able to hear my own music without any issues. Where these earbuds let you down, though, is the higher range. The treble just isn't there. Do I expect amazing sound across the entire sonic range with Bluetooth and especially at this price point? Of course not. That's why it's still getting 5 stars.

Received these today, and am presently surprised with them!! AWESOME deal for the price. Great sound quality, and surprisingly, once fit in the ear snug has great noise elimination qualities as well. It takes a couple seconds to find the "sweet spot" when putting them in your ear, but once you do, they feel very secure, to the point I don't even feel the ear hangers are needed. But it is nice to know they're there if they do slip out. The rubber ear tips are much more comfortable then my plastic iPhone earbuds.Pairs very quickly when powered on, so far the buttons feel pretty easy to use and am surprised how many functions I can control from the earbud itself. The description lacked a bit on this, and was really hoping there was some buttons on the ear bud for volume, Siri, skip track, and answer/ reject a call, which there is.Been wearing them all morning with no complaints. Made a couple phone calls and was told there was no difference in audio quality using the headset vs normal phone.The case is great too, nice added feature to protect the headphones. The only thing right now I could find (very minor) is wish there was an inner pocket in the case to hold the charge cord and spare ear buds. But that's searching hard to find something I would change.Great product! Highly recommend!!

They have very good bass response and are comfortable to wear, but after only 5 weeks these earbuds won't connect to any devices over bluetooth which makes them pretty worthless. I tried connecting to several devices, but they won't. After turning them on the light flashes alternately blue and red. I tried recharging them - were already fully charged.At this point my recommendation is to buy something else. If the seller, New Trent, make this right I'll reconsider and update my review.

I was looking for new earbuds that I can comfortably wear and thought that these would do the trick. I have greasy ears and I needed ones with hooks on them. Upon arrival and the unboxing I noticed that these earbuds looked great and stylish but the hooks were a bit too soft, but didn't think must of it going that it was for comfort. Connection to my phone was a breeze but as I played my tunes I realized that the sound was a bit muffled and didn't have big bass like the other brands. The hook itself works but it comes off the ear real easily like a noodle string dependingo on head angle and if it gets caught on your shirt. Three months later the emblems fell off and I realized that maybe I should've saved five bucks and gone for something cheaper but better.

New Trent has produced a great value product that I'd recommend to anyone. The headphones are very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and fit securely even while running. They connected to my iPhone in no time at all. Their sound quality, while not stellar, is certainly very good, if a little light on the bass. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. A very good product for a very modest price.

I was excited to get these headphones at first. I am training for a 39 mile charity walk and need to listen to something while I walk. My favorite feature is the multiple sizes of ear buds and the flexible hooks. As someone with tiny ears, keeping earbuds in is always a problem. Unfortunately, these headphones do not hold a strong signal from my phone. Anytime the phone got more than a couple inches from the headphones the sound would start to cut out. I couldn't even put it in an armband, it had to be tucked under my bra strap atop my shoulder for seamless sound.

These headphones were great until they started constantly dropping the signal after about three months. The biggest frustration is lack of any response from New Trent from a request after filling out the form for a warranty on the headphones....crickets, zero response and I even followed up with another request. Zero response again. Not a way to treat customers and it is odd as they have historically been very good about responding to questions about products. In addition, I bought the upgraded version and tried to register the headphones on their site....once again NO RESPONSE. No indication that the registration was successful, and no response when I asked about it a week later. Unacceptable way to treat a customer who has bought multiple New Trent products in the past. Right now I can't recommend anything from New Trent.

When they are working they are great. Unfortunately the first pair only lasted 6 months before they stopped working. The customer service was good and they got them exchanged for me. New pair now is hard to pair and keep paired. Takes me about 5 to 10 minutes to get them to work on a device that they are already paired to since I have to go back through the pairing process each time.

Very disappointed with these earphones. The charging cable (used successfully only once) does not work. Initially the earphones would pair with various iOS devices using bluetooth, but within a few weeks will not pair with any of my devices (iPhone, laptop etc). Now completely useless after a few weeks light use.

Good product. Super light and portable.
