Bought it for my grandson, and he loves it. He has so much fun playing with it. He says it is a great quality, functional, and much easier to use then his old rubix cube. It moves really well. And it definitely isn't tacky, it is actually really nice.

Blocky and comes dry, but if you put some lube in it it turns great. It's not my favorite, but it is good, and definitely worth the price more than anything else at this price level.

You can get some stupidly expensive cubes, and maybe they're worth it, but I just like to mess with them and solve them for fun. They're like my fidget spinner. I'm not doing it as fast as possible or even trying to, but the smooth experience is far more enjoyable then even Rubik's good cubes. Worth the purchase and it doesn't break the bank. I got a GAN 356 as well because i heard good things, and thats a great cube, but I like this one a smidge better.

This is my first speed cube, and this is a beginner's perspective. I'm not that fast but I wanted something that was easier and smoother than the standard cube. This cube is perfect for that! It moves smoothly and precisely, and the internal magnets help keep it aligned. As others have said, you will probably want to upgrade the magnets when your skill level increases, but they're fine for now. It does need a little break-in time to get past the "sandy" feeling, but it wears in after a couple hours. My kids have dropped it a few times and it has held together, though one of the magnets did come loose. This was easy to fix. For the price this gives you a great start to speed cubing, and it can be upgraded with magnets and lube for just a few dollars.

I’m not a speed cuber but wanted to get my time down. This did the trick. Great movement, sturdy, affordable. Highly recommend.
