I can have a small amount of onion, broccoli or green peppers now !! 10 min before food the Beano helps . But don’t overdo with the foods that bother your stomach .

Beano has always worked for me. You can swallow or chew it. If you forget you take it just before or even up to 15 minutes after eating. Keep them always on hand!

Unusual fishy taste
I've relied on this product, successfully, over the course of many years.This last bottle I got has an odd fishy after taste. I don't know what it is, but it is not pleasant.I'm sorry to see this level of quality with this normally 5 star all day long product.
