Great friendly spirit!!
She was great to converse with, very professional, and even took time to personalize my teen daughters name with pictures of her favorite rapper! I am using Ann again in the future for baby shower gifts and letters at my daughters sweet 16 head table.

Idea was nice but...
The idea/concept was nice. But the finished product I was not happy. But I needed it to serve its purpose. The product is wood, but the comics look like sticker glued on. Three of the letters had a bump. So it was cut and pasted on. So they do not look or feel smooth. And one of the letters, the comic if faded. Not happy for what I paid.
