I have neck issues. I have a cervical pillow, but it does not help and every night I have to lay in a certain position or I run the risk of either a tension headache or a full blown migraine(where I cannot function and my day is wasted). It's just no way to live. I got a cervical neck stretcher thingy, that did not work. I decided to take a chance on this pillow. The price was right and it came to my door two days later. The first night I used it, I woke up, no tension headache, no migraine, in-fact there was no pain at all and I ended up sleeping in(which does not happen due to pain and constantly waking up in the night to normally adjust my pillow). I woke up feeling happy, like a normal person. Three nights so far and I have not woken up with a headache! I am so happy with this product! My Husband is happy with this product, because he has seen me wake up with absolutely no pain.What is great and why I think it works, is it has just the right amount of firmness. Too hard and it hurts, to soft and it does not work. This supports my neck perfectly. There is a dip(I wish it was a teeny bit wider) that cradles my neck/spine. Its also not too tall, not to short. Not every pillow is going to work everyones neck, but for the price, I think someone should try it, it's worth checking.

I have tried so many different pillows and spent hundreds, if not thousands of dollars over the years for my neck problems. None of them worked. Some of them even made the pain worse. My most recent pillow purchase (before this one) cost upwards of $200. This pillow WORKS. Like. Amazingly. I've had it for a month or so at this point. My neck feels so much better and I'm able to sleep through the whole night without issue. I switch between side sleeping and back sleeping. This pillow works wonderfuly for both. Absolute game changer of a pillow. Super happy with this purchase.

It’s a decent little pillow. I’ve learned I apparently need a ton of neck support when I sleep. I had a memory foam pillow for a few years that has gone flat on me and I’m shopping for a different one. This is a good little in between pillow while I shop for a new one. it’s not super firm by any means. But it positions your head back and gently supports your neck. For 15 dollars it’s not bad.

Pro's: Arrived quickly. No smell or oder after opening the package. It is summer and warm right now so the pillow is soft.1st night sleeping on it. Woke up fairly comfortable. Little to no headache nor neck ache in the morning. (Had there been more support closer to the top of my shoulders and base of my neck, It would have 5 stars.) You can not feel the little designer bumps in the middle.I think there spinal measurements are for their country (China) not USA or European countries (where body types differs greatly). I am a tall American woman and the pillow doesn't reach all the way to where it should (to the top of shoulders and base of neck).Recommendation:I'm also in the medical field and this is why I think they should come up with different heights, small, medium, large and xl. They need to measure all races and ethnic groups. A little more support (2 inches higher on thick end). 1/2 inch more support on thin end.Con's: It can get hard in the cold. Unsure about products effects on health and breathing issues. HRV dropped significantly from 60 to 35.

This is great! I have a lot of neck pain from a serious fall. The neurosurgeon says I need surgery to stabalize C5-C6. I'm sure he's right as I am having a lot of discomfort and I get nerve pain in my hand. However, I have an infection and can't have surgery yet. Using this pillow, I am sleeping better and waking up with less pain. I recommend it.

It’s only been a few days, but I am already loving this pillow. I have seen such changes in the tension on my neck, shoulders, and traps. I have severe bulging and herniation from my C3 and throughout the rest of my spine all the way down to the S1. Coupled with fibromyalgia, which causes severe nerve pain once certain areas are pressed against. For years, I have tried all different types of pills to no avail. They’ve all left me with the same pain. Yet this pillow certainly stands out from all the others. I’ve used both the stretch side of the pillow and the sleeping part and I am so satisfied with both. I highly recommend this pillow.

I bought this pillow in '22 and again this week. It's not the same pillow. They must be using cheaper and less supportive foam. It's no longer cradling the neck enough. Maybe for a child or petite person it would be ok. Very disappointed

I had been using those head & neck Ergonomic Cervical pillows for half a decade until my neck started to hurt every time I wake up. The old pillow that I was using and the previous ones that I had solved my sleeping neck issue just suddenly stop working for me, even though none of those ergonomic pillows look or feel any different to lose its support. Even getting new ones didn't work for me. After a week of waking in the morning with neck pain, I eventually figured out that my neck was being arched up by these pillows and my sleeping position had changed.This led me to these neck pillow. It seemed to have worked on my first night and no longer feeling the neck pain but it was way too soft for me and had trouble going to sleep. So, I added this 1/4" thick padding from my old neck pillow. It was a pain to getting it back into the cover with the padding wrapped around it but I manage. Now the extra padding is now enough to fix my neck pain issue.Thus, if you don't like soft pillows but need to stop your neck pain, then another similar neck pillow where you can stuff in the extra padding might be better for you than this one. For me, I'm keeping this since it is working for me.
