Awesome Way for Preschoolers to Learn Letters
I bought my four-year-old daughter the Do-a-Dot markers and this book so that she could work on letters and sounds. She and I pick a letter every day, and while she marks the dots, we talk about the letter and what words start with that letter. Then, we review previous days' letters, and I'm always amazed at how much she retains and has learned to recognize letters in everyday life on signs, in books, etc. This is such a fun tool for learning the alphabet. The paper is also nice and sturdy, so we've seen very little color bleedthrough. Overall, really great educational workbook to complement the Do-a-Dot markers.

Easy clean up and all around fun
These are the BEST markers for Pre-K and Kindergarteners to use, as well as for anyone any age. These are great with the books and on regular paper. I like how they teach young kids how to mix colors without getting messy and just get creative.

Great preschool learning tool
Wonderful for my preschoolers!! Love the different ways each worksheet has the child learn their letters. The book is easy to photocopy the pages so you can use them again and again. Thick pages for single use. Pair with scented dot-a-dot markers and learning is a whole lot more fun. My sister and I commented we would have been a whole lot smarter if we had these when we were young!

Probably cheaper than printing yourself...
I bought this book for a birthday gift (2 yr old) with some do-a-dot markers because my 2 yr old LOVES those markers. I've been printing out free printables, but I think this booklet is worth it for the price because ink for my printer costs SO much money. It's got whole alphabet (2 letters to a page), 1-10, a section in back to cut out pieces and match to answer (ie. match 4 to 4 balloons). Some of this would be too advanced for a 2 yr old but I know mine loves filling in the dots so I think it's a worthwhile purchase. Again, printer ink is expensive. If it wasn't then I'd probably skip the book and print my own.

Great work book for dot markers!
My kids love the dot markers and the coloring books! The pages are nice and thick, like cardstock, so it’s sturdy for toddlers and the paint from the markers don’t bleed. My 2yo and 4yo both enjoy doing them, and I love that it has a small area for tracing. Pages tear out nicely for hanging up or if you’re using it for multiple kids. (The dot markers are not included with coloring books)

Creative Fun and still Clean
I love the paint dot markers. I had them for my kids years ago and now am purchasing for my home for my grandchildren. I love that the mess is contained. The colors are bright and children can feel successful and artistic The book makes it easy and fun. The paper is great quality and doesn't bleed through. The price is also a good value as well. I like the pictures too.

But he turned out to love it! We are now using it in conjunction ...
When I first received this book, I paged through it and saw all of the letters and numbers. I thought my rambunctious 4 year son would not be interested in doing it at all. I also thought maybe the letters would be too difficult. But he turned out to love it! We are now using it in conjunction with what he is learning in pre-k. We practice the letters at home and talk about the pictures provided in the book. It is fun and useful. A great purchase and well worth the money.
