I was disappointed that spools for this item are not available. It's great that it takes the place of 3 regular floss packs, but stating that it is "refillable" is misleading. You get 1 spool and 1 dispenser. Great! Can I find the spools to refill the dispenser once the spool it comes with is gone? No. I tried buying a Listerine floss spool, but the Listerine floss is a cheap product that is stretchy, causing bits of food to blast out of your mouth while you floss. I had hoped that I could find a Glide spool for this dispenser. No such luck. Back to the regular floss packs I go.
