This is a great product for people who are tired of an small coffee can of oil sitting on the stove. The process is easy! Heat your oil, pour in powder, let it sit, then toss in the trash. The manufacturers even reached out to me to make sure I was confident in how to use their product (the wholesome gesture was appreciated). I'm now tempted to fry more food with such easy clean-up. This works great! Pour it into the hot oil after you're done cooking and let it cook. Then you can just scrape it in the trash and clean the pot! It makes clean up so much easier and no grease down the drain!

FryAway cooking oil solidifier makes throwing out used oil so easy. I made homemade donuts and had a gallon of used peanut oil to get rid of so I ordered this product and it did not disappoint. You get enough plant based flakes in the bag to dispose of 1.5 gallons of used oil. All you do is add the measured flakes into hot oil (it has to be HOT), stir, and let it cool. It becomes solid enough to scoop out of the pot. Great product!

Instructions a bit vauge but overall a good product. Worked out wonderfully once I figured out how to use it.

It does what it says it will do. It solidifies the oils for easier disposal. The price is a bit high but I will buy it again when I need to fry.
