Love it! Great quality for the price!
Great quality for the price! Packed very well! Minor scuffs and scrapes to the cores from the factory...but I've never seen a new radiator that didn't have some. Make sure to take the hose line plugs out and shake the radiator, I had a few small pieces of flux/weld inside the top and bottom. Easy to get out, and I flushed the whole radiator with distilled water before installing. I recommend you buy several extra gallons of distilled water and do the same with ANY new radiator...they all seem to have some kind of crud in them to flush out. <chuckle> Welds are clean and complete. Maybe a tad bit of grinding needed, but nothing I haven't just left on my own welding work. Fitment was good, slots in nicely, although it seems a tad smaller than the OEM part, small gaps on the sides of the air dams, no biggie. Fit well in the 2003 6.0. For a 2003-2004 6.0, don't forget to take the big receiver nuts for the transmission cooler lines off the old radiator...not sure why it took me a second to figure out, but it did. (The parts the transmission cooler lines themselves thread into...you'll need those!) Of course, you unscrew the quick disconnects that come installed in the radiator. Some teflon take and thread those big receiver nuts right in. Make sure to tighten up the nice brass drain cock, it's only lightly threaded in. One minor complaint, the posts on the top for the fan shroud bolts do not seem to line up, no matter how much wiggling or bending I do. Off by a good 1/2-3/4". It may just be an issue with the 2003/2004 models, dunno. The shroud is still snug and stays put, so I'm not worried about it. Overall, an excellent value for the price. Just as good of quality if not better than the super expensive mishimoto version. I would buy again, and may buy another one just to have an emergency spare!

Gets the job done, AMAZING customer service
My original review was 2 stars because the description said a drop in replacement. It was not, it required me to trim my radiator fan shroud to get it to fit around the radiator. The radiator was also warped slightly on arrival and even after triming doesn't fit 100 percent with the radiator fan shroud. Here is why my review is now 5 five stars. Not but a few hours after I left that poor review. I was contacted by jack at prime cooling. He offered me a partial refund for my issue if I changed my review. I told him to update the description to say "may require some trimming of the fan shroud" and issue me a 15 percent refund, both were done 30 minutes later. He held up his end so here is my end.The other reason I was willing to change is because the radiator holds fluid and Keeps my temps in the normal range. I have not towed heavy with it to make the fan come on and see if it still cools the engine correctly, but other than that the radiator is solid and has done quite well so far (about 5,000 miles). It also did increase the capacity slightly like it did it would.

Arrived Damaged - Updated
Same damage I've seen in other reviews. The box looked perfect and seemed to be well protected with foam. So this leads me to believe it was damaged before it was shipped out. Either way, obviously, this isn't going to work.I've reached out to the seller and will update when they make it right.I'll add that everything else looked OK. Welds looked OK. These inlet/outlet ports though felt like they're made from thin flimsy metal which might explain this damage. Hopefully clamping down with the hose clamp doesn't damage/crimp it.Update 1:Seller asked if I could just repair it and use it for a reduced price (compensated) A fair ask but not willing to take the risk on a failure with my truck. So instead,he is sending me a new one. Hopefully, this one comes without damage. Will update again.Update 2:Seller sent me a new one. This one arrived without damage. I've had installed in my 2005 f350 for several months now. Taken on multiple trips hauling heavy loads. No problems at all. I did have to go back and tighten a couple of connections but that's not the radiators fault. My temps seem to run cooler. I have a Mishimoto 200degree thermostat and it rarely gets up to that temp. Hangs around 195. Even when towing seemed to run cooler than it used to. Haven't yet hit the hot summer temps though. Happy with the radiator.

Fantastic value and easy to install on 2005 6.0 Powerstroke
Installed on my 2005 6.0 with no issues. Incredibly fast shipping, arrived at my door one day after I ordered and it was well packed with no damage whatsoever.Welds looked great and it felt very heavy duty. For tips on removal of the old radiator, watch the 6.0 radiator removal video by Diesel Tech Ron (RIP) on YouTube. My old quick connect transmission cooler lines threaded in perfectly to this new one (order the quick disconnect tool here on Amazon as well).Radiator lined up perfectly in the mounting holes at the bottom and matched well on to the fan shroud. No leaks that I noticed, other than at the lower factory radiator hose (may need to get a different clamp for it).Overall it’s a fantastic value and I recommend 10/10.

Shipping damage?
Arrived with the cores bowed and almost 2 inches out of square. Not really impressed but pressure tested both coolant and trans fluid sides and do not leak. Will update review after install. So I had no choice but to install this as I needed to get my truck back up and running. I was able to get it square again and it installed ok. A little trimming of the fan shroud and seal up between radiator and intercooler which was to be expected. I'm still disappointed the cores are shifted but you cant see it and it does not hinder performance. Dropped from 2 star to 1 star review due to seller relentlessly pressing me to improve my review. If you sell a mediocre product expect a mediocre review. Also any email correspondence has been done through a piss poor translator or someone who has little to no experience with the English language.
