I have returned the item weeks ago because it was poor quality, but I still have not received a refund.

I'm very happy with this camera and have purchased multiple units to monitor wildlife in Alaska. Performance has been satisfactory, durability has been good, and the price and customer service are excellent. I generally keep cameras deployed for months at a time, and found that cameras remain functional for 12+ months on lithium AAs. The settings and instructions are simple and straightforward. A nice feature is that the video screen is visible with the door open so you can see where the camera is aiming during set-up. Good videos and still pictures of moose, bears, dall sheep, as well as coyotes, foxes, hares, and occasionally even smaller animals like squirrels and birds.

Our application is not critical. Keeping an eye on night time activities of raccoons and possums. That being said, this trail camera has been perfect. Easy to set up, memory SD included (these have gotten expensive so that's a plus), as well as mounting hardware bits. The pictures are great even at the select-able lower resolutions. All this at a price point I could live with for a hobby sort of requirement. Would buy again.

I researched customer reviews and eventually decided to import 2 of these cameras to Namibia in late November 2025. My decision was principally based upon the reported (a) good value and (b) Customer Service. My need was for cameras that would not break the budget and take good quality photos, while not being too concerned if they were damaged by wildlife or stolen. I immediately put the cameras in the field upon receiving them. That led to my first issue. Although the cameras included flexible mounting brackets (that I did not use), the mounting straps were of poor material with one snapping in the first two weeks. What was more troubling was the straps had to be threaded through the buckle, rather than the buckle having a locking clamp for easy tightening and securing the camera. This is an easy manufacturing 'fix'. Set up was easy and the directions were easy to follow. I elected both photos and videos. I did not option for sound. Photo/video quality was good for both, but not 5* outstanding. The depth of field in daylight was very good. Close ups at night were very acceptable, but less so if the animal was further away. I had the cameras in the field on 3 separate occasions in November/December for about a week each with literally hundreds of photos/videos taken by each camera. Although the batteries were far from drained, I recharged them after each use. There were two frustrating issues: (a) the battery holder is absolutely tight requiring the use of a flathead screw driver to push them out from the rear of the case. The case seems designed this way as there are 8 slits for driver insertion. (b) Most settings are lost over the time required for recharging. This is a nuisance, but it takes only a few minutes to reset the settings. One camera, however, had a huge problem from the beginning, i.e., it would reset time and date while in the field, reverting back to 01/01/2024. This was a major issue for me since I use the cameras as much for anti-poaching as wildlife photography. Eventually, I clicked upon "Contact us" in Settings and emailed the provided address. I was stunned to have a response within 24 hours! We had numerous communications over the course of several days. WOSPORTS had never encountered this issue before and I supplied photo records to prove my point. As I write this review on 31 December, I have a new camera in the mail!! To summarize, my decision to purchase these cameras on customer reviews was 'spot on'! They are good value and from my experience the Customer Service is excellent. I do recommend the cameras if your needs are similar to mine.

Very impressed with this trail camera. Setup was quick and straightforward. Been a Browning & Moultrie buyer for years. The picture quality is sharp and clear both day and night, and it consistently captures motion without delay. It feels reliable and well-built, and for the money you can’t go wrong. I have now purchased three. Overall, it's a great option if you want something simple that works and delivers solid image quality. Just to clarify I have not used the video option. Just prefer pix.
