Low Budget Desk Light
Low budget desk light. Base is flimsy, with not enough mass to support the light when arms are extended outward. The outer shell of the base is plastic, so the vertical pivot (plastic) wobbles like crazy trying to support the light arm assembly. Other than a poorly made base that will fall over if the light is extended partway off center, the light is OK. I'm using a Soraa 50W equivalent LED bulb which is heavier than a normal incandescent bulb, which surely doesn't help the tilt-over issue, but even without any bulb at all the light will fall over if the arms are extended to their maximum reach outward off center of the base.
