This 500 piece puzzle had nice color and picture details. I liked that their was an extra paper to use as a guide so you didn't have to use the box. Would buy from this company again. I love puzzles.

I bought this to do with my granddaughter. When we finished it had a missing edge piece.I contacted the manufacturer by email. Within a few weeks a new puzzle was sent. I was very impressed how they took care of theircustomer.

My 6 year old opened and completed this puzzle on one afternoon. The pieces are divided in such a way that makes it fairly easy to match them together.Unfortunately, we were missing 2 pieces! Because this was done from start to finish in 1 place, i know the puzzle was delivered like this. The box and bag were intact, so they were delivered new, but definitely short 2 pieces. My dtr was pretty upset considering she worked so hard and wasn’t able to see a fully finished product!

These puzzles are so cute. They are easy to do so if you like hard puzzles, this isn’t for you.
