This product is being used for giving me a healthy prostrate and I like the fact it is full spectrum.

Does it really work?
I have almost finished my first bottle of Saw Palmetto to see if it'll help my thinning hair. Am I imagining it or is it really is working? I think it's working...my hair does feel thicker. One thing for certain is that I am losing less hair and hair feels thicker. I don't see that each strand is getting thicker because I have extremely fine hair and don't see that it's much thicker, but I think it is working because less of hair loss and there must be new growth. I'm going to keep taking it.
