they seem to be working well.
This kind of eye drop is exactly what my eye doctor told me to get. I will take some time to know if they work exactly as needed. Right now, I do not notice any dry eye problem.

Optometrist recommended
Before I used these eye drops, I was using cheap drugstore ones, like Bausch & Lomb, Almay, CVS, Up&Up. Thank goodness my optometrist noticed my dry eyes and recommended these to me for when I'm not wearing contacts. She also recommended the Systane Balance Ultra Performance for when I am wearing contacts. She told me to use them four times a day or every six hours and it's made a huge difference for me. The fluid comes out a bit of a milky white color (I'm used to my eye drops being clear), and the nozzle on the tube makes it easier to precisely aim the drops in your eyes.Take it from someone who works in an ophthalmology clinic. You only have one set of eyes, so you shouldn't skimp on eye care products. These drops have made my eyes a lot less dry and I no longer have to deal with red eyes, which is what most people expect of eye drops anyway. These are the best eye drops I've ever used.

They Work Well Enough
This product provides some relief for my dry eyes, though I haven't noticed a significant difference compared to other brands I've tried.

Works great
I was a little thrown off initially when I noticed it came out milky, but after using it I can definately see the advantage. I use this twice a day vs several times a day with the more liquidy stuff.

These Systane Balance Eye Drops have made my eyes feel better & my vision clearer
I recently had my annual eye exam & I mentioned to my doctor that sometimes my eyes were watery or had mucus & that it affected my vision. I assumed that it was from allergies & I was surprised that my doctor said that it was probably from "dry eyes." She explained to me that dry eyes didn't necessarily mean that there were no tears, but instead that the tears were not as good quality. And that sometimes the body would compensate by producing more tears. She recommended that I try Systane Balance twice a day (once in the morning & once at night) as they have lipids in them which soothe the eyes ("normal" tears have lipids in them).I have been using these for about two weeks and I have noticed that my eyes feel more comfortable and that my vision have improved after taking the drops. I was not expecting such a good result. Whether I have "dry eyes" or if it is just allergies which are causing my eyes to water & have mucous these drops are definitely helping me.
