Arrived undamaged, sealed inside wrapping inside a square plastic latched tub with the clips, size is exactly as described 12-14cm, very clean, fresh, no discoloration, but most importantly, not broken!I tried using the clips that came with it but I thought they were a bit flimsy/loose on the grip side of things, so I've reverted back to the large peg/clamp I've been using.Overall my cockatiel is happy enough with them, I'll probably buy these again due to the fact of their quality & not being broken on arrival.
