I used this twice a day after I got my lip pierced and it worked well. No bad reactions. All I have negative to say is the taste is pretty bad but it's worth it because it fixed my irritated piercing.

The flavor is really bad, but this stuff works great for rinsing any oral piercings you have. If you can tolerate a minute or two of bad flavor then you should get this.

Product is easy to use and I had some left over after my piercing heals and had my teen use it after his wisdom teeth were extracted ! Great product

The taste isn’t bad, better than a straight saltwater taste. Works well and was impressed at shipping time since it wasn’t Prime. Came faster than other prime items I ordered at same time.

I bought this item because I had my wisdom teeth pulled. And I would later develop dry socket. Which is incredibly painful. In order to heal the wounds they needed to be kept clean. The reviews said that this would be gentle and do the job. But… this product took forever to arrive. So I ended up just buying some Walgreens Orajel antiseptic mouthwash instead.

Tastes like ass but you gotta do what you gotta do, I ran out of non iodized salt. Do NOT swish w an alcohol based flouride until fully healed!!! Only to clean mouth ahead of time. This does the job, it just isnt fun

I pierced my own tongue and used this as a daily rinse, and i didn’t get an infection! This stuff does taste gross, salty peppermint water lol
