It sure is! Machine was cold, gently and separately. Do not bleach. It's made of polyester.

Q: Is the background color darker than it looks? It appears to be a cream color.

It is a mild tan/bolder cream color. I don't think the picture does the beauty/quality factor justice. This is a pretty ensemble and I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
