Quality design and construction and good audio performance, you won't be disappointed
I assume you're a fan of radio or you wouldn't be considering this purchase. This is a fine piece of furniture with a nostalgic appearance but very modern electronics. The radio has AM, FM, Bluetooth, and auxiliary inputs. So it is very versatile. The sound is rich and full not tinny or cheap sounding. Don't worry about volume, this beautiful wood case table top radio can provide room filling sound. I listen to AM radio mostly, with all it's faults. I'm lucky enough to live between two major cities, so strong urban stations are available to me. If you live far from broadcast antenna then there is an input for an external antenna, which I use to boost signal strength. There is a smooth old fashioned slide rule tuner and a clear distinct tuning light to tell you when you're station is optimally tuned. Can you get a radio and spend less? Of course. But if you love radios and appreciate quality design and construction and good sound, you won't be disappointed with this one.

A vintage style radio at a decent price.
This is a really nice sounding retro look wooden radio. It has clean sounding audio and music and talk radio are pleasant to listen to. If you want a break from regular AM/FM radio, you can pair your Bluetooth on your phone or laptop to the Bluetooth function in the radio and listen to your own music collection, podcasts, etc. One minor criticism I have is that whenever you turn on the radio it defaults to Bluetooth mode and the front button blinks blue if you don't pair it with your Bluetooth device. Even if you previously were listening to AM or FM radio, it defaults to Bluetooth mode whenever you turn the radio back on. So, then, you have to press the front AM or FM button to listen to the radio. The mainal says it remembers what mode you were in the last time you used the radio. This is incorrect. It always defaults to Bluetooth mode. Other than that the radio is good looking and sounds good and that's all that really matters. Plus, the rafio has a 5 year warranty. I want to mention that ClearClick's customer service is fantastic. They were extremely fast in getting back to me. I would buy from them again.

Vintage look; Bluetooth connectivity
The media could not be loaded. Serves my purpose exactly as I had intended, which is as a bluetooth speaker on my nightstand to stream old time radio shows, speeches, and music from the same era. I stream from YouTube or SiriusXM, and it sounds just right coming out of this old time-looking radio. I cannot speak to its ability to fill a room with music or respond accurately to certain frequency ranges because that is not what I wish for it to do. Neither have I used the radio tuner, because, again, that function is outside of my desired use for this item. The cabinet, knobs, and speaker grills call to mind the console radio in the kitchen of my elderly neighbor's house when I was a child, and at night, there is an amber glow from the tuning dial that reminds me of the old vacuum tubes that took a few moments to warm up back in the day. It might not be for everyone, but it's as comforting as a cup of warm Ovaltine to me! ;-)

Captures the Look and Sound of Old Time Radio
The media could not be loaded. I mostly listen to old music (1920s-1950s) so when my old Bose Wave bit the dust, I decided to go back to basics. This good looking little radio has a beautiful wood exterior and the knobs/buttons have the look and feel of vintage Bakelite. My favorite is the little orange light that illuminates when the radio is turned on, which really gives it the look of the era. Easy to use, I can play the radio as well as my iPod library--yes, I still have one of those--or Bluetooth from my iPhone or iPad of both music as well as beloved old radio shows--The Great Gildersleeve, anyone? It also looks great on my 1940s cabinet. If you mostly listen to old radio, give this retro radio a try.

Disappointed for the price
While the product was a beaut and had amazing radio quality to it, I can’t help but feel like I’ve been lied to. The real wood exterior is beautifully made, at least whatever part of it was actual woods. Yet the ash tree veneer was applied terribly, leaving VERY VISIBLE air bubbles to the radio. I tried ordering a replacement which came with even worse application with air bubbles being visible now on not just one, but BOTH sides of the radio. It’s not even something you can ignore once spotted, it’s quite literally huge air bubbles I can push around with my finger. Anyway will be returning.I guess a part of me expected 100% woods through and through and it just caught me off guard.

Beautiful Time Capsule
I love this radio. I have it on all day while working from home. The fm radio signal is solid. I have not tried the am radio signal. The sound quality is fine, though it is below current hi-def standards, but it is appropriate for "vintage" quality. I did try to connect my phone through bluetooth to play music through this speaker, and while it worked, the sound was very low and I had to turn the volume up all the way on my phone. Anyway, I bought this radio primarily for the fm radio, and am pleased with this purchase. Vintage feel and good sound for the radio. Transports me back to my youth.

Nice, with one big flaw...
The sound is pure vintage, the look is perfect. Cabinet very nice, however one big flaw. When you play the USB, if you turn off the unit, it restarts at the beginning every time. So I have a USB drive with hundreds of big band recordings on it. When I sit and listen for a few hours and then turn off the unit, it starts at the beginning!?! I mean, you cant sit there and listen for 6 hours at a time without stopping, now it goes back to tne beginning every time i turn it off...How am I ever going to get thru all my songs on the USB!?! A huge issue for anyone using the USB as a main source...very dissapointing!

Looks and sounds wonderful
I have a vintage room with antiques and wanted a radio that would "fit in". I also like the sound of old radios as I play a lot of classical and early 20th century music. This radio is perfect. It's easy to use and sounds wonderful. And it doesn't look like I have a high tech system in a non tech room. Would recommend to anyone who likes the retro look but wants good sound.
