After trying a wide variety of senna products to address my sluggish digestive system (feel free to read between the lines), I have finally landed on Nature's Way. It has become a staple in my daily supplement routine because of its effectiveness. The capsules are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Taking them in the evening does the trick, and I keep my subscription active because doing without them would be a tragedy.

Going to a churrascaria and stuffing your face with 3 pounds of meat tends to . . . back you up. I took this the morning after because my usual coffee dose didn't work.By lunchtime, I had to take an extra hour spent in the company restroom because I pretty much got rid of the beef and lamb I had eaten the night before.The office hated me that afternoon.

I was put on some medication that was not fair to my digestive system so this was a suggestion and it worked like a charm!

Easy to swallow. Unfortunately, it wasn't effective. I followed the instructions, but I didn’t see any results. Disappointed, as I was hoping for something effective.

Primera vez comprando esta marca. No tiene el mismo efecto de marcas que he comprado anterior. Me he tomado dos pastillas en la noche y no me han hecho efecto al día siguiente. Realmente prefiero la otra marca.

I've used these for years. Be careful they are powerful. I think I like tablets better. These are capsules and one may be too strong. Kind of overdoing it. This is better than other chemical or plastic based products out there for constipation.
