Ghee Butter
Ghee butter properties are similar to that of ordinary butter with some noticeable differences. It can be heated to higher temperatures. This makes it more useful for cooking. It can be stored at room temperature. If it is put in the refrigerator, it does become somewhat harder.The 4th & Heart Ghee Butter comes in five varieties. I like all of the ones that I have tried. So far my favorite uses are as a butter substitute using the salt ghee for ghee-buttered bagels, and also for making home-made pop corn using the truffle ghee instead of cooking oil. The plain ghee is good for making fried eggs. It does not burn. It is definitely worthwhile as an addition to my cooking.
