When we were packing to return home one of the bags wouldn’t seal properly. As I was working with the bag trying to seal it I saw stamped on it, Lifetime Warranty. I always hate dealing with something like that, but decided to look online to determine what was involved in collecting on the warranty. All I had to do was send an email describing the problem. Within an hour I had a reply. I was asked to try zipping the bag and vacuuming it again and if that did not work to send my order number, name and address. It didn’t work and I replied to the email. Again, I quickly got a response that a replacement was on the way. Two days later I had a new box of bags. I expected to just receive the one. These bags work great. I have no idea what happened to the one that wouldn’t hold a seal, but the others are great. I’ve used vacuum bags before, but I’ve never had any that work as well as these.
