Q: How thick is this? I need a 1" mat for my sons preschool?

The pillows 1 inch the mats about 1/4 inch.

Q: Is this product comfortable? Does it have enough cusion support?

This thing is like a super thin blanket. I wouldnt equate it to a nap ‘mat’ at all but rather a nap sheet. It is soft and cute but there is no cushion support and I cant see how this will be comfortable for my son to nap on.

Q: What are the dimensions of the rolled up pillow/blanket bundle? Can a 3rd old carry it on her/his own?

The total diameter of the nap may rolled up with the pillow installed is about 9”. And most definitely your little one can handle carrying it. Very light weight considering. Also, once it’s rolled up correctly, there is an handle in the center to carry it with.
