I would 100% recommend for serious grinders!
I am a major teeth grinder that I pay over hundred quid bite guards from the dentist and bite through them in 2 weeks! expensive!I’ve used these ones before and now gone back to them as they are much harder and cheaper!I have no problem sleeping in them and it never comes out of my mouth. I think they fit well round the bottom of your teeth if fitted correctly with the adjustable section. My opinion these are so much better then the dentist made ones and better value for money!

Much cheaper than the dentist's version
I actually have found these not only cheaper than the custom made tooth guards the dentist makes me, but also more comfortable and much easier to clean. They take a while to get used to, but once you've worn one for a few nights they start to mould slightly to your teeth and fit better and better. I now feel quite panicky if I don't have one to sleep with as they are so much a part of my night time ritual. If you are new to using any sort of tooth guard, I'd say give it a chance for at least a week as you won't find it instantly comfortable, you need to bear with it, but that's the same with the sort the dentist gives you. I like the sort of plastic it's made of as well - seems much more hygienic then the usual sort.

This is a dangerous product & could lead to choking
This guard looked good & was reviewed by dentists on another site, but does not stay in place unless a firm bite is maintained. It moves out of place as soon as you release the bite and could easily be swallowed or choked on in the night. If someone opened their mouth to snore/ breathe/yawn it would shift around. No way I will try this at night. Very disappointed. I tried it for a few minutes & it was already sore on my gums.

Tooth savers
These are incredible if, like me, you grind your teeth at night. My teeth and jaw hurt a lot when I woke up and my wife was constantly nudging me to ‘stop grinding.’These just rest on your back teeth and are held in place with a band across the front bottom teeth. They’ve completely stopped me grinding my teeth. I now just grind against these which, more or less, stay in place all night.

I have TMJ (grind my teeth at night)
It didn't work for me. The dentist even said they are not worth using, so I suggest you save a bit of money and get your money's worth.I suggest you go to your dentist and get a custom night guard. It cost me £250 which is slightly pricey however, I can eat without a problem now and I wake up without any pain in the morning.(Due to TMJ, I still struggle to open my jaw properly)
